Leatherworks Deluxe Ensuite Single Bed Room

I have enjoyed my stay as a first year in this spacious ensuite room with all bills included. I am now moving out and need someone to cover my tenancy / stay in the room for the next academic year. The Leatherworks is great for student accommodation thanks to its many amenities such as the cinema, study rooms, fast internet, bike storage, views, parking etc. It's close to convenience stores as well. Overall it's a nice place to live. Anyone is welcome. The room won't come with my personal belongings shown in the picture (eg. musical equipment) but I will leave my heater and LED lights because those can come in handy. The flat has 6 rooms and this is only one room I am advertising to be taken.
