It’s a gorgeous house with loads of space in such a good location. We’re on a quiet road with free on street permit, right by the LGI hospital, so only a 10 min walk into town.

You would be living with 3 other young professionals (25-26 years old) who are all super lovely! They all work 9-5 jobs, and enjoy sitting and chatting in the evenings, planning things in the weekend but equally respect each others space and like to keep the house tidy.

The bedroom is a large double which gets so much natural light during the day! It’s also got build in wardrobe.

The kitchen also has loads of storage space, a dishwasher, and there is a separate washer/drying room downstairs with an extra fridge/freezer.

The tenancy would be from mid June to 12th September with the option to extend! Bills including gas, electric, WiFi, council tax and TV licence are included in the rent cost, which is £665/month.
