Because my job requires me to be fully focused and on calls throughout the day, I have one very specific requirement to ensure our living and working arrangements run smoothly:

The Work-From-Home Dynamic: I am looking for someone who works outside of the home (e. g., in an office, hospital, school, retail, etc.) or go to Uni. Unfortunately, this flat won't be suitable for another hybrid or full-time remote worker, as I need a quiet environment during the day without overlapping work calls or meetings.

About the Flat & Rent:

Rent Split: The rent of the flat is £840, so you just need to pay only £340, rest I will take care. Bills we can split.

Location: 10 mins walk from Leeds City Center. 5 mins walk to Leeds Railway Station. Its a new built building in LS11.

Its a one bedroom flat with a living room. The flat is fully furnished with plenty of light coming from full size glass windows, having full city landscape view from two sides.
