The room is on the first floor right next to the bathroom, where there is a bath and a shower. Current landlord will be away working most of the month, so you will have the house to yourself. The house it's self needs some work doing to it decorating etc. But you are more than welcome to make your room your own- I haven't decided what I'm doing with the rest of the house yet. There is a single wardrobe and chest of draws in the room, but you may want to buy your own. It is carpeted, with some shelves fitted for your books or personal belongings. I do have a single bed I could put in the room- but you may want to buy your own- perhaps a double. I have a fifteen year old dog whose on his last legs, so u'll have to be ok with him, and him ok with you. He is a small breed, but just likes to be left alone most of the time.
