Looking for fun housemate over the summer!

Hi there ! We, Dom & Rachel and Kevin are looking for a new housemate over the summer as the house is going to be sold at the beginning of September. We’re looking for someone who is clean, kind & sociable. Dom is a part time counselling student and SEN teaching assistant. He likes birds, walks, films and gigs. Rachel is a meditation teacher & singer & has a health condition so has limited capacity for work. Kevin is an art director in an advertising role :) Likes plants, beer and and art!

We like to spend time together and value community but also respect each others space. We value a clean and tidy house and are looking for someone who feels the same.

We really love this house and the little back garden / we`re just a two minute walk from Potternewton Park, a ten minute walk from Tesco superstore and around 20 minutes from Roundhay park. Additionally, the bus stop for the number 2,3,3A and 36 for the city centre is just a 7 minute walk away and the 12, 13, 49 and 50 all go close by too.

Rent comes out at the beginning of the month and is £375 plus approx £120 in bills including council tax.

There's on street parking as well as a space on the drive. Room 1 shares a bathroom with Rachel. For room 2 there’s a separate bathroom. There’s a spare room as well, in case you ever wanted guests.

We take care of a bill each and try to rotate buying household essentials i. e. washing-up liquid etc.
