Double room in Leeds

Hey! I'm Laura, and I'm looking for a friendly, tidy and easy-going person to share my lovely home.

About the room/house:

I have a freshly decorated double room available in a quiet area of Bramley, less than a 10-minute walk from the Leeds & Liverpool Canal.

The room includes:

Brand new ottoman bed
Brand new double mattress
Large chest of drawers
Bedside table
Desk and chair

The house is spacious with plenty of storage and a large, south-facing garden at the back (my current summer project!) There's ample on-street parking and excellent bus/train links straight into Leeds.

About me:

I'm sociable and active, with lots of hobbies, so I'm often out playing padel, rounders, bouldering, or meeting friends at the pub. However I also enjoy a movie night and relaxing at home. I work from home most days, although sometimes go into the office in Leeds or travel to different cities for work.

I love my home and take pride in keeping it clean, tidy and welcoming. I'm looking for someone like-minded who will treat it as their own and enjoy living in a relaxed, respectful environment. Bonus points if you want the occasional glass of wine in the garden or to make a meal together!
