Double Room Available Close to City Centre

Hi there, I am looking for someone to rent the second bedroom of this house I am in the process of purchasing. I am close to completing the purchase and have been told to expect a move in of around mid July for myself. I was thinking the 1st of August to let the room out from, but would be open to earlier.

Note that the photos are from the sale ad of the house. When i move in, I will be spending the first couple weeks doing plenty of painting and decorating. The room I am letting out will have a new carpet, a double bed and a chest of draws. I also intend to have floor boards sanded and treated in the living room, and all the furniture in there will also be updated.

I am a very easy-going housemate, very laid back and friendly. I enjoy spending a lot of time outdoors, going hiking, wild swimming, nature photography and camping. I also play squash once or twice a week and go to the gym around the corner. It will be a relaxed house, you're welcome to have friends over and enjoy the whole place as your home, not just your room. I would want the house to feel like a home for everyone.
