Room Available in a 2 Bed 2 Bath Apartment

Hey, I’m a HR professional looking for a roommate in a 2 bed flat at the Phoenix development. Have been in touch with the agent already to discuss availability etc. The flat itself is about a 15 min walk from the station & has a gym and co working space.

I come as a pair with an 8 year old dog, so someone who likes/is good with dogs is a must! He’s friendly, loves people and is very chill - after his morning walk he’ll spend most of the day asleep on the sofa.

Outside of that, I’d get on with someone who’s friendly & social, open to doing things but also likes their own space :) Would also want to keep the place relatively clean. When not at work or out with my dog, I’m into cooking, the gym, running, as well as going out and getting drinks etc.
