King size ensuite city centre apartment

I’m looking for someone to take over my king size room in a modern ensuite flat in the city centre from August end( flexible on dates). I am unfortunately moving to Manchester, so the room will be available to anyone interested.

The building has great amenities including a gym, co-working space, private dining room, snug/lounge room, resident events, and two rooftop terraces/patios. Fully furnished, and you can move the furniture as you like. Bills are separate (around £150-200 on top). There’s a deposit to be paid too (around £790). It’s in a really convenient location - Aldi is right opposite, and it’s about a 5-minute walk to Leeds Bus Station and around 12 minutes’ walk to Merrion Centre/Morrisons.

My current flatmate is really clean, tidy and sociable.
