Double Bedroom, Office and EnSuite

I am renting out the top floor in my house, I will be living in the property as well. I occasionally work from home, I like to run and go the gym in my free time, occasionally I read in the living room, I am up for trying new activities. In terms of the space available, there is a Double bedroom with brand new furniture, an Office space with desk and chair and brand new en suite. There is on street free parking and a private garden area at the back. There is a washing machine, dryer and dish washer. The living room has a log burner and two sofas. The living room and kitchen will be shared. It’s 10 minutes walk to Kirkstall forge train station and 5 minute walk to the bus stop. I am looking for someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves, and keeps noise down after 11pm. All bills included. The price for couples is £1200pm.
