Double Bedroom, Office and EnSuite

I am renting out the top floor in my house, I will be living in the property as well. Double bedroom with brand new furniture. Office space with desk and chair. Brand new en suite. There is free parking outside and a small outside area at the back. The kitchen has a range cooker and farmhouse dining table. There is a washing machine, dryer and dish washer. The living room has a log burner and two sofas. The living room and kitchen will be shared. 10 minutes walk to Kirkstall forge train station, 5 minute walk to the bus stop. I am looking for someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves, someone who doesn’t use speakers after 11pm and preferably doesn’t work from home during in the day although I can be flexible on that. The price for couples is £1200pm. All bills included.
