Headingley station is less than 5 minutes’ walk with regular quick trains into Leeds centre, and buses run every few minutes from the end of the road. Kirkstall Bridge, with Morrisons, Pure Gym, etc is just a few minutes walk away too.
You’d be sharing with one other person - sociable, always up for a beer, but equally happy with a quiet night in. Easy house to live in.
