Takeover Tenancy at Terry Frost Building

Deposit and first month already paid - so rent won’t be due until October. I’m advertising as I have had a change of plans due to me not going uni anymore - I haven’t moved into the property yet so everything is as the photo looks. Rent is 743.60 pm , all bills included, and includes a gym and outdoor roof terrace. Please DM if your interested as soon as possible, if you want to takeover the tenancy I will need full details ( full name + email etc to pass on to the university ). Flatmates can vary between 4-8 in a hall, there is a shared kitchen/ living room , but the room itself is an en-suite and has a bathroom.
