Flatmate/2 bedroom/own bathroom/parking/centre

Hi!

I’m looking for a new flatmate, as my current flatmate will be moving out in 27 October to live with her partner.

The flat is located in LS7 1BE, close to St James’s Hospital and around a 15–20 minute walk from Leeds city centre. Current double room with private bathroom rent £450 per month excluding bills (£200 each approximately). A secure parking space is also available for an additional £90 per month if needed.

The flat has two bedrooms, and you’ll have your own private bathroom. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the city centre, the hospital, shops, gym and public transport. The rent is also great for the area, which is why I’d love to stay here rather than move elsewhere.

A little about me: I’m a vet and work in a hybrid role. I’m tidy/clean, respectful, and easy-going, and I’m looking for someone similar to share the flat with.
