Just to be upfront — we’re pretty social and like to smoke, drink, have friends over and occasionally have people stay the night, so we’re looking for someone who’s completely comfortable with that kind of vibe. If you’re looking for a super quiet, no-smoking, no-guests type of house, this probably isn’t the one 😭
Other than that, we’re very easygoing. No strict house rules or anything, just basic respect and keeping the shared spaces reasonably clean would be appreciated.
