I am looking for any student who can replace my tenancy for the 26/27 Academic Year. I have a booking for 51 weeks from 1st September 2026 until the 12th September 2027. There’s no obligation to stay until September.

Rent is payed in monthly instalments, but can be arranged differently with reception staff in needed. Last rent instalment in June.
