Double En-suite Room Leeds

Our lovely terrace

Hi, my current flatmate is moving out of our lovely lovely duplex flat (super sad) after getting getting a post doc position in the states (super exciting). So I'm looking for someone to take over her part of our tenancy, we're just outside the city centre very close to the docks.

For about the flat: What I've got for you is a really nice double room (with an En-suite as well) with absolutely bucket loads of space. Forgive the change in furniture some of them are old pictures and we moved the furniture around a couple of times whilst living here :) We also have a stunning rooftop terrace which currently we're using to grow an absolute assortment of fruit & veggies however have had flowers and all sorts out there it's lovely.
Also just to be clear the flat is over 2 floors with the bedrooms down stairs, each of us having our own bathroom. Then upstairs is the living area which is frankly massive.

For about me: I'm currently a professional working in tech in the city 2 days a week in the office & the rest remote hybrid. I also cannot sit still and love all things outdoors and exercise but im down for basically any and everything. I run-bike & swim quite alot however love a cheeky night in to have a read or play some video games or cook something terribly french. My partner is also currently living down south & I see my parents near Liverpool quite often so you'd have the roost to yourself semi regularly throughout the week :)

About you 🫵: Currently I'm really good friends with the girl I live with. Ofcourse id like the normal things like being respectful & clean but I'd also love to be friends with you and do little bits and pieces together but also fully respect each others personal space; balance and all that you know. Women are preferred however I'm pretty open to anyone who fits the bill well
