Carlton Hill Student Accommodation Uni of Leeds

Hello! I am a student at the University of Leeds looking for someone to take over my room at Carlton Hill for 2026/27 as my housing plans have changed. The room is available to move into immediately with the only requirement being that the new tenant must be a postgraduate student (taught or research) at the University of Leeds. Here are the details of the flat and other amenities:

Top floor apartment with city views
Private ensuite bathroom Large kitchen shared with 7 other residents (mixed gender)
Lounge/kitchen area in the flat with 3 couches, dining table, 2 washing machines, 2 four-ring hobs, 2 sinks along with pantry and fridge + freezer storage
All bills included (electricity, gas, water, high speed wi-fi)
Premium sports and gym membership (the Edge)
Basic contents insurance cover
On-site cardio studio
Free drinks machine
On-site bike storage
On-site study rooms

The accommodation is around a 10 minute walk to both the University and the city centre. The room is available to move into immediately and the contract is till 03/09/2027. The only requirement is that you must be a postgrad. Rent is £210 per week and the total duration of the contract is 51 weeks (so total £10,666) but this will be reduced as you don't have to pay any rent for the days before you move in. There is no council tax.
