Replacement tenant wanted for an en-suite room at Carlton Hill, University of Leeds.

The rent is £185 per week with bills included. The room is fully furnished and has its own private en-suite bathroom.

This is a 7-bedroom flat with a large shared kitchen/living area. After I move out, you will be sharing with 6 other female Chinese postgraduate students at the University of Leeds.

One of the biggest advantages is that the flat has its own washer/dryer which is free to use, so there is no need to pay for communal laundry.

Carlton Hill also has great communal facilities, including rooftop terraces, Sky Lounges, study rooms, a cardio studio, outdoor/BBQ areas and communal social spaces. Wi-Fi and utility bills are included in the rent.

IMPORTANT – University requirements:
The replacement tenant must be a FEMALE POSTGRADUATE STUDENT at the UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS. These are requirements from the University Accommodation Office, rather than personal preferences.

This is not a private sublet. The replacement will be processed officially through the University of Leeds Accommodation Office. The University will check the replacement tenant’s eligibility and, once approved, the accommodation contract will be officially transferred to the new tenant.

The room is available as soon as the University completes and approves the replacement process.

Council Tax: Full-time students are normally exempt from Council Tax; this is University student accommodation.
