- 3 min walk to the nearest bus stop
- About 25 min walk to the University of Leeds, or a short bus ride
- Quiet, modern business district

- Two bathrooms: the main bathroom with a bath, plus an en-suite shower room in my room
- Bright open-plan living room and fully fitted kitchen with appliances

I'm a working professional in research: quiet, tidy and a non-smoker. It's just the two of us in the flat, so I'm looking for a considerate female student or working professional who wants a calm, friendly home.
