Ensuite room at Carlton Hill - Leeds Uni takeover

I am looking for a replacement to take over my University of Leeds accommodation contract at Carlton Hill, Block C. It is a private ensuite room in a shared flat with 4 other students. Each room is separate, and the kitchen, fridge and laundry are shared.

The contract runs from 12 September 2026 to 3 September 2027, and the room is self-catered. The cost is about £209 per week (£10,665.76 for the whole contract), and this includes gas, electricity, water, internet, Edge Premium sports membership, Residence Life Social Committee and basic contents insurance.

The University requires the replacement to be a female postgraduate student registered at the University of Leeds who is not already living in University accommodation. The transfer is done through the University of Leeds Accommodation Office. You apply to them and sign their contract, so no money is paid to me, and I will not ask for a deposit or any payment.
