Flatmate needed

Hi, I am looking for someone to replace me in my appartement. It is a beautiful high rise city centre apartment close to leeds bus station and easy access to all local amenities. I have lived in this house for the last 1.5 years and never had any issues. I am moving out now as i have bought a place for my own.
About the house
• The flat is the small room in the apartment but still bigger than an average double room of any house. The total apartment rent is 1100 however as this is the smaller room my share is 500 and so will be of the person replacing me.

• you will have the family bathroom for yourself with bathtub.
• There is a free onsite gym
• A corner shop with in the society for the last minute needs
• There is a concierge so no fear of deliveries being stopen
• train station, crown point, city centre all with in 15-20 mins walk away

Please note it is a band D house and no bills are included and come on top of the rent roughly about £230.
The flatmate you will be living with is a 34 year professional girl who is quite bubbly and nice to talk.
