This lovely terraced house is a 5 minute walk from Leeds University's main campus, and also close to Leeds Beckett's city campus (10 minute walk) as well as the city centre.

All rooms are individually let and are perfect for full time postgraduate PhD or masters students, or final year undergrads, as we put together a nice mature hard-working household for the coming academic year. We would also consider letting to a pre-formed group, so please contact us to discuss if necessary.

Room prices are inclusive of all bills including council tax where applicable (Band B).

All rooms are spacious and well presented, and the house has a really homely feel to it. All 6 bedrooms are double rooms, including one with an en suite shower room, and the two communal bathrooms have been completely refurbished to a high standard. The kitchen is well equipped with all expected appliances. The house is a no smoking property.

This house offers everything for someone wanting to be close to university, the city centre and local amenities such as shops, cafes and pubs.
