Double en suite room available in terrific 10th floor 2-bed apartment in Leeds City Island.

Looking for new flat mate who is a young professional or PhD/research student.

Professional: £430/month (inc. council tax).

PhD/research student: £387. 50/month (exempt from council tax).

The apartment is in a great central location (10 min walk from city train station/city centre)and a 25 min walk to the University. The flat has a balcony, is fully furnished with a large lounge and kitchen area and also includes a dishwasher and washing machine.

The available double room has an en suite facility (sink, shower and toilet) and includes a double bed, wardrobe, drawers and 2 bedside tables.

Bills for the flat are around £70/month, this includes sky tv, internet, water and electricity bills (flat uses only electric).

I'm a PhD student at Leeds uni and work 9am-5/6pm Mon - Friday (my 'student' days are long gone). Mid week I like to grab some food, have a trip to the cinema and have joined a running club, other than that it's a beer or a glass of vino in front of the tv. The weekends usually involve a few drinks in town, or an afternoon out and about and more often than not some baking. Yum.

I'm sure most people say this, but I am easy going, really clean & tidy, and hoping to make a good friend out of this.
