The House is a 3 bedroom semi-detached with shared bathroom (has a lock for privacy), extra WC, large open plan kitchen with washing machine and drying machine. There is TV in the shared lounge with Amazon Prime, Disney+ channels. We also have a PS4 which is available for gaming use.

The House is a 10 minute walk from Leeds University and 20 minute walk from the city centre.

Your landlords are a young married couple with a young child and a toddler. Both parents work part-time and share childcare duties. We are friendly, and respectful. We also have a friendly dog who lives exclusively downstairs - i. e no pet hair in the bedrooms upstairs.
