Hi,

I am looking for someone to take over my room and to join us in our 3 bedroom flat in the famous convenient, cheap & eco-friendly Greenhouse apartment complex near the Beeston area. Greenhouse sits in the relaxing area surrounded by fresh air and a few primary schools. I really like everything about this room and Greenhouse. However, I need to relocate because of a job offer.

The building is just 1.2 miles away or 5-10 minute bus drive to Leeds city centre. The bus stop is just outside the building.

Room Available comes with an en-suite:
• A superb large double room with private bath and WC.
• Double bed, 2 side tables, 1 wardrobe and 1 Chester drawer with ample of storage room.

The apartment has ample of living space with shared living room and modular kitchen with everything electric no gas.
The apartment complex has a big focus on being extremely eco-friendly (using wind and solar power), so bills are at a minimum. (We have been living here for a year now) and we didn't need to turn my heating on all winter! The property is under the cheapest council tax rates also, so split 3 ways this shouldn't be much at all.
