One room available (for single occupancy) from 4/2/2026 in an all female house share with 3 friendly and sociable young, non smoking graduate professionals who all get on brilliantly, are into health and fitness and keep the house very clean and tidy (they would prefer to keep the house as all female). They are 1. a researcher at the University of Leeds, 2. a gym instructor and 3. a NewZealander working in hospitality. The house has a large living room (with 2 sofas (one an electric recliner!), coffee table, bookshelves and large smart TV provided)), fully equipped kitchen/diner, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms in total. There's a lot of living space between only 4 sharers. Bedroom is furnished with double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves and chest of drawers. New carpets and underlay have recently been fitted throughout the house (photos show previous carpets).
All bills (gas, elec, water, TV licence, internet (huge over 900mB) and council tax)) are included.
Located on pleasant street only 10 to 15 minutes walk to University and about 30 minutes walk into the city centre (or there are buses). Decent local shops (a Morrisons Daily is 2 minutes away), cafes and pubs (including the excellent Chemic Tavern!) are nearby and Hyde Park corner is only 5 minutes walk away.
Looking for another young graduate female professional or female post graduate student. Non smokers only please. Please note that the current tenants keep the house very clean and tidy so would like someone interested in maintaining it like that! It's also wanted to maintain the house as all female.
