It is bills inclusive and we're looking to let to one person alone, who although will have there own private area will be considerate of others above them.

The house is close to the city centre, you have easy access to bus links, local shops and Tesco express, places to eat close by, the train station is a 20 min walk. There's plenty to do when felling bored as you can head towards town or cardigan fields in Kirkstall.

The house is situated close to all of the above and much more, Leeds university, dental institute and Leeds general infirmary

It's a nice quiet area, with a mixture of families, professionals and students.
