Tidy house in a quiet residential area available now. Includes off street parking and great transport links for local buses, trains, the A64 and the M1 motorway.

Good sized double room available with a double bed, desk, chair, full length mirror, clothes rail and a built in cupboard so plenty of storage space.

Large shared kitchen, bathroom and a good sized living room that I don't really use. Lot's of space and privacy.

I am an easy going 36 year old professional who works mid week. My current other housemate is also a working professional.

Room is available Mondays to Fridays and not available at weekends. Short term and part week lets considered. High speed broadband and all other bills are included.
