I am looking to find a new flatmate to share a lovely 2-bed southern facing flat over looking the canal near the city centre.

Location:
The flat is in a great location, 5 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk to the city centre, with bars, cafes and shops (Sainsbury’s, Co-op and M&S food) nearby.

The flat:
The flat contains two bedrooms (one with a small en-suite), big flat bathroom - with a bath, spacious open plan living room / kitchen, washing / drying machine in flat and a balcony overlooking the beautiful river and canal (the flat is fully furnished).

I like to keep the flat clean and tidy, so someone on that wavelength would be great!

The room available:
Large double room double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe with primary access to the large house bathroom

Rent and utilities:
Rent is £600 per month excluding bills. Bills usually one to around £220ish each per month (including council tax).

A bit about me:
I am 29, friendly and sociable. I love to cook, travel, read and meet new people. I have attached some pictures of the bedroom and bathroom that will be available and the shared kitchen and living room.

Ideally, I am looking for a male or female professional to share the flat with. Someone friendly and sociable and someone I would be comfortable house sharing with.
