Looking for someone who can also become a friend for a min of 2 weeks (£145 per week): 2 weeks first Short term let preferably. Longer let to be discussed (all bills included).

It's a lovely spacious flat with bathroom & separate kitchen to share (sorry, no en-suite or private bathroom) which are kept meticulously clean, tidy and very neat. There's also a huge balcony. (No bills to pay. Absolutely free of bills). Parking space available, to be discussed

Double furnished bedroom £145per week or/and 290 for 2 weeks with option to extend contract (£350 deposit)

Reference required 2 refs. preferably but not from parents but from previous landlords or/and an x flatmate)

Looking for someone Immaculately clean, tidy, neat, handles things with care, with a good common sense & also quiet. Someone who feels comfortable cleaning after herself to a high standard in order to maintain the cleanliness of the place (that means free from dirt, stains, & spotlessly clean) someone who can call herself ‘house proud ‘ and mainly considerate to others to rent the property.
