I am the landlady and have a spare single room available located in LS9.

* Quiet & peaceful neighbourhood
* A min walk to bike rentals
* Additional fees for pets

- Approx. 5 mins drive/bus to Leeds city centre (the bus stop is just a min walk from the house)

- Approx. 7 mins drive to Leeds universities

- Approx. 10 mins drive to Leeds train station, Hyde Park, St. James hospital & Chapel Allerton hospital etc

- Approx. 12-15 mins drive to Headingley, Roundhay, Armley, Kirkstall, Rothwell, and Pinderfields Hospital etc

The rent is inclusive of utility bills, super-fast Wi-Fi (approx. 300-390 Mbps) and regular cleaning fees. The single room is in a ready-to-move-in condition and has a single bed frame and mattress, large working desk & office chair, wardrobe, drawers, coat rack & shoe storage etc (please see pics).

Shared living area, kitchen, and bathroom. I have a cleaner who comes regularly to look after the house and all communal areas for us. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and considerate to join the household.

The kitchen is equipped with all white goods. A large fridge and freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, cookware & dining sets etc are provided.
