We are new home owners who have 2 recently redecorated, extremely large, fully furnished attic rooms with extensive views across the city. We are looking for people who need a large room and want to share this period victorian home with us.
We have a very large bay-windowed living room and kitchen with large double-doored fridge that we can share with lodgers. There is a recently refurbished large bathroom on the mezzanine level (half way up the staircase).
The whole property has absolutely bags of space and premium facilities. All bills will be included - including gigabit fibre broadband. Free permit parking is available too.
Obviously being live-in landlords we would like to meet you and discuss your needs before going ahead - and also to showcase the many facets of our new home.
