My name is Harris I’m a 27yo working professional, looking for a lodger for my second bedroom. Easy access to city centre, only a 15-20mins walk (depending on how fast you walk). Bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, storage and desk. Shared access to lounge with open plan kitchen and wrap around balcony. The bathroom is predominantly for your use only, has both bath and shower. It’s a 2nd floor flat, with well kept communal gardens - which are available for resident use. It’s located in a quiet development, especially so as it’s a corner flat. There is off street parking around the flat on a first come first served basis.
Im looking for a young conscientious working professional, who is tidy and considerate of the space and neighbours.
