Freshly renovated double room in two-bed apartment in Saxton estate on edge of city centre, with skyline views. Bills including fast broadband included.

Freshly renovated double room features double bed with ottoman storage, a large wardrobe, two bedside tables with double drawers. Bedding not included. Extensive floor to ceiling windows provide lots of natural light. If you want to hang picture frames up to help make the room feel more homely, then just let me know!

Apartment is located a ten minute walk from the bus station, fifteen minutes from shopping, and twenty minutes from train station. There’s a communal gym and garden area with bbq and allotments.

You’ll rent the bedroom but share the bathroom, living area, kitchen and balcony with me. I’m a clean and considerate flatmate, and would ideally live with someone who is too. I don’t work from home, so if you do then you’re welcome to use the dining table to work from during the day.

Shared facilities include the apartment include a spacious open-plan living/kitchen area (with balcony, smart UHD TV, games, sofa, dining table, modern kitchen appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and use of crockery/cutlery/pans), bathroom (with shower/bath and plenty of spare storage) and washer/dryer machine.

Looking for a fellow young professional that is easy and fun to live with and that would be up for hanging occasionally at the end of a long day.

Parking and on-site allotments are available to rent separately on request, but not included.
