Looking for someone to takeover my flatmate's room in August! (August 14th).

Apartment is located in Leeds City Centre, just a short 10-15 minute walk to Trinity and all the shops / bars / restaurants.
Has a Brew Dog just a 2 minute walk up the road, and a Pure Gym and Morrisons located in the Merrion Centre just a 5 minute walk away. Also an Aldi about 10 minute walk away.

Perfect location for working professionals in the City Centre.

This bedroom isn't en-suite but the other one is so you would have the main bathroom and use it as your own.

BILLS:

Rent is £1,050 (for the whole property). £525 each.
Bills are not included but roughly:
Water: £46 all together (£23 each)
Internet: £33 all together (£16.50 each)
Energy: £147 all together £73.5 each)
Council tax: £180 all together - council tax D (£90 each)

ABOUT ME (current housemate)

I'm Elsie, 25 years old, a working professional as a PT so I am out the house for the majority of the day during the week.

I like to keep myself to myself generally and you probably won't notice I'm there lol, however I do like the occasional dinner and drinks out, or brunch / breakfast. I'm not a party or clubbing person and much prefer an evening in with a home cooked meal or a takeaway watching reality TV or good drama.
I'm clean and like to keep the place tidy. I always do my bit around the house; taking bins down, buying washing up liquid, bin liners etc. etc. when its my turn.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:

Not too fussed but I'd like a female as I just feel more comfortable.
Someone easy to live with and who respects my space / the apartment.
Preferably someone who won't hold big parties etc. I have very early mornings (5am's) so again, someone who will respect that (I will also respect you when I'm leaving to not make much noise etc.)
As mentioned I do like a nice chilled evening in, and/or dinner and drinks, brunches, breakfasts, so someone who also likes that would be nice to do cute things with on the weekends.

DISCLAIMER: these pictures are when the flat was un-lived in - furniture of the living room has been moved around but its the exact same layout and pretty much the same.
