We are Tia & Scott, a young couple living by the river in Leeds (very close to the centre) and are interested in renting out a room short term.

We live in a beautiful new build, river front, 4 storey, 4 bedroom house with stunning views. You'll have your own furnished double bedroom and private bathroom. And access to the living room with new 75" TV, large kitchen diner, another household bathroom and the garden which has a day bed. The house is huge so there's plenty of space. We are friendly, relaxed and chilled. Happy to be sociable or give you space. We have a dog (chihuahua) and a cat so hoping for an animal lover and smoking is fine.

The house is a 5-10 minute stroll along the river to Leeds Dock and a 15-20 walk into Leeds City Centre. There are also shops and a bus stop within easy walking distance.

The rent for the room is £600pcm + £150pcm contribution towards bills so £750pcm in total. I'd also require a refundable deposit of £500.
