Prestige Student Living, Tribeka - one spare room

Flat is available from 13th September 2025 to 18th July 2026 - 44 weeks in total - if you want you can always extend your stay after you sign on the contract - this is not hard to do.

Super modern flat right next to the University of Leeds and to Leeds Beckett University City Campus, and right next to the city centre.
I am looking for someone to replace me as I have to move out, and so there is 5 other boys who you would be sharing a kitchen with. The room is an ensuite and has a desk, and a heater. Room is on the first floor part of a 6 person flat.

The accommodation has a reception with staff members working there everyday, and you can collect any parcels you order from that reception.

I stayed there last year and there were no issues with living or maintenance - the accommodation and corridors between flats are cleaned daily (not your flat and rooms though - it is up to you to clean this yourself) and there is a nice common room, a gym, a rooftop terrace called the Sky Lounge, private dining room, study areas, games rooms with PS5's - there is free access to all of these whenever you need.
The room and whole flat will be clean and spotless when you move in as the staff clean it over the summer, and the accommodation is only one year old anyways.
