I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful professional to take the main bedroom in my newly refurbished penthouse apartment. The flat is genuinely stunning — warm, modern, and incredibly secure — with direct river access (you can literally paddleboard from the gate!), underground parking, gym access, and only a 10-minute walk from Leeds City Centre.

THE ROOM

A large, bright and beautifully finished bedroom with:

ABOUT ME (Nick)

I’m a clean, easy-going and respectful professional who works in the cycling industry. I spend the vast majority of my time living with my girlfriend in Doncaster, so you’ll effectively have the place to yourself most of the time.

I keep the small second bedroom for the odd night I stay over in Leeds, but typically I’m rarely around. When I am, I’m friendly, enjoy a chat and a glass of wine, but also appreciate personal space.

THE AREA

The complex is one of the most secure in Leeds and brilliantly located:
- Short walk to Sainsbury’s, Tesco, cafés, bars and riverfront spots
- 10 minutes to Leeds City Centre
- Easy access to train station and bus station
- Regular shuttle buses to Leeds Bradford Airport
- Riverside paths right outside the door

Honestly, it’s a fantastic place to live.

RENT & BILLS

Rent: £1075 per month
(Includes all bills: utilities, council tax, WiFi, Disney/Netflix/Amazon, (cleaner extra)

We can also set up a small monthly kitty (around £15 each) for shared household items like cleaning supplies, loo roll, coffee, olive oil etc.
