Double room available in lovely Leeds Docks Area

Hey! My flatmate is moving out in May, so I’m looking for someone easygoing to take over the other room.

The rent averages around £670 per month, but with the new contract it is likely to be closer to £770 including bills, just to be upfront.

The flat is genuinely great. It is really nicely done and amazing for the location. It is right by the Armouries and only a five minute walk into the city centre, so everything is super close.

The room is a good size and bigger than it looks. The bedroom furniture will stay, including the bed and storage, but the living room furniture will be taken, so the shared space will be unfurnished.
There is also plenty of storage around the flat, which is always handy.

A bit about me. I am a 25 year old professional, currently working in the city centre and studying Part 3 in architecture. I am friendly and sociable, happy to chat or hang out, but also respectful of personal space. Ideally looking for someone similar who is clean, relaxed and easy to live with.
