Large furnished en-suite double room with built in-wardrobe. In Leeds city centre, LS1, less than 10 mins to the train station, opposite wellington place. Rent is £457.5 each, bills typically come to £150-£180 each. Potentially £200 each in the winter months.

Gym within 5 minutes walk, Sainsbury’s less than 2 minutes. Concierge working everyday 9-7pm to collect parcels for you. CLADDING soon to start, therefore I’m not sure on the access to the balcony in the long term. Desk no longer in the kitchen/living room.

I am moving out as I’m moving to Manchester. Looking for someone clean, tidy, and quiet ,who works 9-5 Monday to Friday, to take the room from Saturday 6 June, ideally for 6 months or longer.

You’ll be living with Sam who’s 30 years old, he works in clinical research. He enjoys playing basketball, video games, and cooking. He’s very clean and quiet and will give you a very peaceful place to live.
