2 Bed HUGE penthouse apartment

I've just signed the contract for this property. Unfortunately I haven't recorded or took pictures myself but I'm able to discuss with the agency to book a viewing as the pictures really don't show how big the house is.

When entering the apartment, there is a hall and the massive 2 bedrooms , both with big balconies and ensuite.

Upstairs there is the kitchen, the living room and another toilet and balcony. The balcony is in front of the kitchen where you can see all city ( penthouse) which is quiet nice if we want to have people around and make BBQ's. They will also going to carry out some works on the kitchen so it will look even better!

*A little bit about me*: I'm 28 Portuguese and work as a IT consultant. I'm socially active and enjoy gym but also a drink ( balanced lifestyle). Ideally looking for a person that can become friends but still respect each other spaces! I approve a clean kitchen a part from that I don't really bother with anything else ( no OCD 😂)

Bills not included and to be shared between both of us. I accept couples aswell!

The house is available from the 12th August ( as I'm already going to be on the house, payment of 533£ to be paid to me for the correspondent) and then we can sort the contract with the agency and deposit.
