I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates room as she is sadly moving out in October. I’m Hoping to find someone who would like to be friends as well as flatmates!

- Leeds City Centre
- Furnished double room with own bathroom
- 15-20 min walk from train station
- The apartment looks onto Leeds dock
- Great location, there are cafes/bakery’s, shopping and bars all within a few minutes.

- Rent per month each is £567.50 (excluding bills) including bills around £750

- No car parking space included, however one could be arranged at an extra cost. Also there is the citipark close by.

Move in date would be around 31st October (exact date can be discussed)
