I'm looking for someone to take the second bedroom in a two-bed flat from 27th September, with the aim of having the contract signed by mid-August.

The flat is sleek, modern, bright and in excellent condition, with a spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen (washing machine & dishwasher), and a bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. It also has a Juliette balcony, a block balcony, secure PIN entry to the building, and optional allocated parking for an additional monthly fee.

It's in a great location, around a five-minute walk from Leeds city centre and about ten minutes from Aldi, so everything you need is within easy reach.

A bit about me: I'm Italian, and love to cook/share recipes! Also a fan of sewing, hiking, travel, live music, rowing (semi-retired), spin, finding good matcha/chai spots, and am partial to a French martini. I'm tidy and like keeping the flat clean. I'd like to live with someone who's friendly, easy-going and respectful of the shared space. Would be great to be friends as well as flatmates!

I've lived here for a year already and have loved it, but my flatmate's graduate scheme is relocating her so I'm looking for someone to join the shared contract!
