The location is ideal, a 2 minute walk and your at the train station, with a Tesco express and Sainsbury’s local on your doorstep. There are plenty of lovely pubs, bars and restaurants in walking distance.
Rent is going up to £1200 in the new year (£600 each)
Bills are approx £180 each.
