There is no traditional cash security deposit. The tenancy uses the Reposit deposit-alternative scheme.

The incoming tenant will need to pass the usual referencing / affordability checks and be approved by the landlord/letting agent before joining the tenancy. Any applicable Reposit fee for the incoming tenant will be confirmed by the agent.
