I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I'll be moving in with my partner. I've lived here for the past year and have genuinely loved it. The room, facilities, staff, and location have all been excellent, and I'm only leaving because of my change in living arrangements.

The tenancy runs until 4 September 2027 and the rent is £255 per week.

The studio is a spacious 28m² and is located on the 4th floor overlooking the courtyard, making it quieter than many city-facing rooms while still being right in the centre of Leeds.
