Looking for an eligible student to take over remaining accommodation agreement at Vita Student Portland Crescent from 23 September 2026 until 28 August 2027.

Part of the accommodation fee has already been paid. The remaining payment arrangements and transfer of the booking will be handled directly with Vita Student, subject to their approval of the replacement student.

This is an official replacement/assignment of existing Vita Student accommodation agreement, not a private sublet or a new tenancy with us.
