Lovely spacious room in LS1 - tenancy takeover

Tenancy Takeover – Lovely 5th-Floor Flat in LS1

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a lovely flat on the 5th floor in LS1. It’s in a really convenient location, just around a 7-minute walk from the station with a Sainsbury’s and Tesco express nearby which are super handy for quick grocery runs.

The flat has a clean, bright and spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, with a lovely balcony coming off the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of cupboard and storage space, so there’s lots of room for all your things. There is also a washing machine located near the main entrance.

The bedroom is a really good size, with a large window that brings in plenty of natural light. It has an en-suite bathroom, which is lovely and has plenty of space around the sink for keeping toiletries. The room also has lots of storage, including a large wardrobe and a huge additional cabinet, so you definitely won’t be short on space.

Just to mention, the mirror, desk and chair currently in the bedroom belong to me, so I will be taking these with me when I leave.

There is currently one other person living in the flat, a 30-year-old man from Hong Kong. He’s really nice, polite, clean and easy to get along with, and he always makes sure to keep the kitchen and shared areas clean. He’s friendly and easy to have a chat with, while also being respectful of your space.

Overall, it’s a really comfortable, clean and well-maintained flat in a great location, with plenty of storage, a spacious bedroom with an en-suite, a lovely balcony and a friendly person to share with.

This is a tenancy takeover, so you would be taking over my existing tenancy.
