I’m moving out in mid-December and I am looking for someone to take over my room in a spacious six-bedroom house in Leeds.

The room is located on the top floor, and all the bedrooms in the house are particularly spacious, with plenty of cupboard and storage space.

One of the biggest advantages of the house is that, although there are six bedrooms, there are currently only four tenants living here, including me. This means two additional rooms are available to use as extra space, ideal for working from home, studying or having a little more room to yourself. It also has a garden and a parking space in front of the house.
It is also just a 15 mins walk from city centre!!

Shared spaces and facilities
The house has plenty of communal space, including:
- A shared kitchen.
- A separate dining room.
- A living room with a TV
- Shared bathroom facilities with two shower areas.
- Two additional rooms that can be used for work or study space.

Flatmates
Once I move out, you'll be living with the other three tenants, who are all working professionals. It's a great option for someone looking for a spacious home with professional housemates and plenty of shared space.

Bills and council tax
All bills are included, except council tax. The property is in Council Tax Band C, so council tax would need to be paid separately.
