We are looking for someone that is fun, and independent. We currently are both working full time, so are away from the house a lot of the time.

Bills included, and fast broadband. Only bill for tenant to pay is council tax.

Large double fully furnished room with its own en-suite, a massive wardrobe storage unit and a desk and chair.

The apartment is located a 10 mins walk away from the train station. Its next to the LGI Hospital, the Teachers Hospital, Park Lane College, and the City Centre.

The apartment is in a Victorian terrace. So it has the high ceilings, original features, large windows and a modern homely feel. So it's awesome to come home too.

A little more about the house. It has it's own private entrance off the street. There is a lobby corridor, with a staircase that goes up to the first floor.

The first floor has the kitchen / lounge. The kitchen is a modern, fully equipped. There are two fridges, gas hobbs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, sofa, table and chairs, complete with an orginal fireplace.

There is a communal bathroom.

On the 3rd floor there is a laundry cupboard with washing machine and clothes dryer.

The bedroom is a large double room, with a large wardrobe, a built in desk and chair. There is bed and a large mirror.

The ensuite has a limestone sink, toilet, heated mirror, and two shower heads. It's an awesome ensuite.

Bills include water, electricity, gas, Broadband, TV licence. Council tax is split by 3.
